• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• Opt out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
• Help: For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any message.
• Supported carriers: Our messaging platform supports all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
• Liability: We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier, device issues, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Resources and Content

The training materials, presentations, systems, and other resources available through the Site are provided for the use of authorized Prevail Movement agents. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with unauthorized individuals without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of The Prevail Movement or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation, availability, accuracy, or completeness. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prevail Movement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its services.
